The personal data that you provide us as well as those taken from our website (www.mobrique.com) will be used with the purpose of:

Provide the registration service to the site and its services, for prior needs to the conclusion of sale contracts, to give follow-up to them and to protect the creditor positions arising (execution of the contract between the parties)
For operational, management. Administrative and accounting purposes, including commercial invoices by email (in compliance with legal obligations, particularly in tax matters)
To allow the access and the navigation of sites, to compile anonymous statics, and to control their functioning to ascertain any liability in case of wrongdoing
To carry out commercial marketing and promotional activities, including those based no profiling, including sending newsletters and advertising material also through messaging applications. The provision of data for the contractual purposes referred to points a), b) and c) is mandatory (in the absence, it is not possible to follow up the sales contract and the provision of the related services).

General aspects

The processing of your personal data my consist, in addition to their collection, in their registration, storage, modification. Communication, deletion in automated or semi-automated erasure and the data will be stored in paper and/or electronic/IT/optical form.

All personal data processed by Mobrique are protected by appropriate security measures, as required by existing legislation and for the time strictly necessary to situsfy the purposes referred to point 1.

For the purposes of points a) and b) your data will be stored for the period prescribed by the law.

For the purposes of point c) the personal data will be kept for 2 years.

For the purposes of point d) the data will be stored until the withdrawal of consent or the termination of the contractual relationship.

As required by art. 13 of the GDRP (EU) 2016/679, we remind you that you have the right to request from Mobrique the access to your personal data, rectification and deletion of it (where applicable) or restriction of processing. The Consumer also has the right to revoke the consent to the processing of your personal data as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
