Rights of withdrawal
Information about long-distance and negotiated contracts out the business premises.
Information relating to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to article 49, paragraph 4.
18) The Costumer has the rights under the Consumer Code (D.Igs n. 206/2005) and subsequent amendments and additions to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day in which the consumer or a third, different from the designated air carrier, purchases the physical possession of goods with no penalty.
The costumer is required to send an email containing photographic documentation that certifies the integrity of the product before starting the practice of withdrawal.
19) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the costumer is required to inform us about this decision through an explicit declaration (for instance by mail or email), by providing a valid motivation.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the costumer must send the notice relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiring of the period of the withdraw itself.
20) The right to return goods is intended to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are met:
The purchased product must be returned intact, in its entirety and perfectly;
The product must be complete of its elements and in its entirety (including external and inner packaging, accessories, any documentation, equipped with its labels, identification tag, codes);
At the moment of return the product must be returned as received by the Consumer;
The Consumer is requested to return the goods to our premises situated in S.S. 410 Naro-Camastra Km 15,800 92028 Naro (AG), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal.
The expire date is respected if the Consumer ships the goods before the expiration of 14 days. If he decides to exercise his right of withdrawal, the costs for returning the goods, for which he intends to terminate the contract, are responsibility of the Consumer.
The amount of the cost depends on how high the cost of the postage is, required by the postal service or any other comparable parcel operator, for the package destined to the restitution of the goods (usually depends on the weight and size of the package).
To avoid damage to the original product and packaging, the latter must be coated with additional protective packaging to preserve the integrity of the goods during the transport.
The risk of damage to the good is subject to the full responsibility of the Consumer, until the certificate of receipt has been received at our warehouse whether it is a shipment or the good is damaged for causes other than its transport.
22) We will proceed with the refund within 30 days from receiving the goods, unless it has carried out with positive results the verifications relating to the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, the integrity and suitability of the product and all the listed conditions for the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal.
All payments made by the Consumer will be refunded, from which management fees and initial shipping costs will be deducted. This refund will be made by using the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the initial transaction.
In the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the good and further conditions described above, the Consumer loses the right of recess and the product purchased will remain available at the warehouse for the withdrawal by the Consumer. Mobrique will provide to notify by special communication.
